Description
The compact, stable RR3 rescue sled is an effective craft across multiple applications. It can be employed as a vehicle to reach the point of rescue and be paddled or towed by the operative. It can equally be towed by motorised water craft, for example a small boat or jet ski.
Deck space is generous, with a ten centimetre thick double-walled floor and two wide sponsons either side, which provides a safe area for the casualty. The stern is open to aid swift recovery.
Remote bodies of water, flooded areas, lakes and swift water such as rivers are all within the sled's capability. The absence of any draught in the water enables the sled to reach shallow areas with ease.
Owing to the RR3's lightweight, portable design, Reaching remote areas when carrying the sled is simple. Ten handles are fitted to the craft, as well as eleven D-rings.
Supplied with the inflatable...
The RR3 comes in a carry bag, which can also be used to store the sled. The advantage here is that it will take up minimal space. The RR3 is also easily portable when deflated.
A twin-blade paddle, two inflation valve fittings, a hand inflation pump and maintenance kit are all supplied.

Like many of our rescue products, we offer custom options for the RR3 sled.

Great little sled

This sled is the baby version of the RR4, i have used both variations and found that they both perform very well in any fast water. The floor on this sled is very hard giving a good platform when on the boat in fast water. Steering the boat with the provided oars is easily a one man job. The grab handles on the back of the sled are very robust and are easily accessible. All in all this is a very good, robust and great to use in difficult situations.

Collect In Store?
When you go to the online checkout, you can opt to collect your items in store. We'll let you know when your order is ready for you to collect. Your order will normally be ready to collect the next working day.
Returns, refunds or exchanges?
You can return any item within 28 days of receipt for a refund, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging and in 'as new' condition.
Items will be refunded in full (less postage) if received within 28 days from the date of despatch.
